                               TOP TEN RECORD LABELS IN NIGERIA

There are  top Ten Record Lebels in Nigeria that did well last year 2015 according to T.I.N Magazine.  This evaluation is based on the number of artists in the label, The label who's artist hit songs, concerts, tours, endorsements and more. The list goes like from the countdown of ten .
      
(10) Capital Hill :-
Founded by 'One The Ace'and A video director Clarence Peters, they brought out few hits last year but they did very well. They have artiste like Chidinma, Ilbliss and Ayoola.
(9) STARBOY ENT :-
Wizkid's label did not have much artists signed to it but they tried. Though T.I.N complained of poor managements of artists. They have L.A.X and Wizkid himself. Though a lot of other music producers are signed to the label.
(8) X3M:-

The Extreme Music Label is not so popular but it has the currently trending Nigerian stars in R&B in it . Artiste like Praiz, SIMI and not very popular Sammy. This label is known for R&B and really worked hard for their artiste  last year.

(7) HKN:-
The Honorable Kings Of New School Records owned by OBO himself. This label is among the list that has just two artiste, B-RED and Davido himself. They both made hit songs last year.
(6) EME:-
This was formally the no 1 label in Nigeria but, has drawn back to no 6. It has artiste like Miyola, Shaydee and Banky W himself who is the CEO. They did well last year by producing few hit songs.

(5)TRIPPLE MG:-
The Made Men Music Group by Iyanya and Obi Franklin. They did well last year. They have artist like Iyanya, Celebobo, Tekno and others. They had hit songs too.
(4) CHOCLATE CITY:-
Owned by M.I and Ice Prince. With some hit songs from their label artiste we can tell that this label has the highest number of artiste in Nigeria. They have M.I, Nosa, Femi Kuti and a host of others.
 (3) Star Music Groups:-
This label did very well this year. Owned by E-Money. With artists like KCEE,Harry, the controversial Skibir and more. They gave it their best achieving hit songs and amazing performances by shows and tours and had about two huge endorsements.

(2) YBNL
Olamide's Label is quite a popular name in the Nigerian Music Industry. The label's artists did amazing this last year, with success to many hit songs and shows last year. And some of the label's artistes had endorsement deals to their names.
(1) MAVINS (SMD)
The current no 1  record Label in Nigeria 2015 analysis. It has about popular artiste to it credit like Reekado Banks, Korede Bello, Dr sid, Di'Ja, Tiwa Savage, D'Prince and Don Jazzy himself. Their artiste performs in big shows and has Multimillion Naira endorsements to their names.
